4. Payments & Refunds Because our work involves dedicated time, strategic planning, and custom development, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once the project has officially commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability Valdt builds the core product and sets up distribution channels to test the market with real signals. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales figures, or funding success. The market ultimately decides.
